History
MSI was created as a sister company to DMS North America shock absorbers to fill a void in the suspension aftermarket. Initially setup to manufacture all DMS adjustable Subaru Camber plates in-house, we quickly started receiving demands to build other components through the DMS distributor network.

As a high end competition component manufacturer, we have supplied test parts to several companies including PRODRIVE and RALLIART with projects in development with MAZDASPEED and several top running race teams throughout North America. These contracts allowed us access to information used by the leading competitors in various forms of motorsport across North America while drawing on resources from Australia, Japan, Europe and the UK.

All of our products are developed or distributed with one philosophy, to be the part that can make the difference between winning and losing. When possible, we work with our customers to develop or improve on their designs to beginning production on a part that will be sold at an international level. No matter what the project, we can guarantee the finished result will exceed every expectation possible.
Using state of the art CNC manufacturing techniques, we can control and limit our tolerances to within 5 microns. It is common in the industry to have variances over 10 times as much up to 5/1000th . Even though this is still the thickness of one strand of hair, it demonstrates the level of quality and performance we expect from a finished product.
We pride our selves on innovative new ideas, precision manufacturing, and quicker than average time delays between the date of an order, to the delivery. Whether we carry the project through from the drawing board, to intial testing, or to the finished production part, we will provide the quickest delivery possible.
Services
Our services range from conception and design of new parts, prototype development and testing of existing designs, from low to high volume CNC manufacturing and precision TIG welding, to different types of surface treatments. We can provide manufacturing services for all all types of material from Aluminum to Titanium, from Poly-Urethane to Carbon Kevlar..
MSI also offers a few select products from other manufactures that we have worked with in the past and have come to trust and depend on their products. All of our staff has been trained either on the technical end, the sales end or both to offer the best support to our customers. We are wholesaler only distributors and technical support representatives for DMS competition suspension systems, ALCON brake components, POWERFLEX polyurethane bushings as well as PPG competition transmission gear sets, differentials and dog boxes, all using MOTUL competition lubricants.
We can offer on site support, testing or logisitics as well as custom race car fabrication and construction (current projects permitting) by working with our customer to bring them that much closer to consistant podium finishes. Our qualified technicians can service and support any race car that uses our products, or the very select few suppliers we distribute for.
We are factory trained to rebuild any ALCON caliper, build and recommend various components for various types of racecars, build and install competition PPG dog boxes specific to your car, or even install a full DATA ACQUISTION system to properly setup suspension settings and track mapping abilities using either MOTEC or PECTEL systems.
