Like for our rear subframe, we use extensively cutting edge technologies such as 5-axis CNC machining and tube profiling, CNC mandrel bending, broaching and various finishing processes. These technologies have allowed us to optimize strength and rigidity while reducing nearly 5lbs (2.2 kg) of weight compared to the OEM part.

Unique to the marketplace, our subframe is highly versatile; allowing fitment of all Subaru Steering racks from 1991 to 2016. It can be adapted to take an older or newer steering rack by changing out the billet aluminum inserts to suit the model year required. We have designed the frame to accept various aftermarket turbo set ups, such as twin scrolls, rotated turbos, etc. Foreseeing that the majority of customers using this part will require mounting provisions for skid plates or front splitters or undertray, we have included m10x1.25 inserts. 

All frames ship with billet aluminum mounting hardware for the steering rack (2005 - 2016 included as standard), as well as a 32 spline tubular sway bar (a motorsport industry standard). We offer two different rates stock, other bars may be ordered separately if required. Compatible with OEM TCA (Front A-ARMS), the MooreSport Front Subframe also includes a motorsport grade end link set to work with our billet sway bar blades. All of our sub frames are bead blasted, then coated with a high-grade flexible epoxy primer.

Finish powder coating is baked on at low temperatures to avoid distortion of the frame. This is a more expensive 2 step painting process that is unique to MooreSport.
